We want you to be happy with your order from Rusty Deer. If something’s not right with a standard item, we’ll sort it out.

Standard Items

You can return standard (non-personalised) items within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.
Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

Personalised Items

Because personalised pieces are custom-made just for you, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
If your personalised item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we’ll repair, replace, or refund it — and cover return shipping if needed.
