About the Product
Corten Carl is a bit of a legend amongst the fantail fraternity, he's the renegade fantail that's about to give your garden a shot of steel and sass! This ain't your grandma's lawn ornament. Corten Carl is the rebel with feathers, the bird with attitude, and maybe, maybe, just maybe, the fantail with no friends?
But what he lacks in fantail friends Corten Carl amply makes up for in spirit perched on the edge of your flower bed, giving your petunias side-eye like they owe him money. With a glint in his steel eye and a swagger in his step, he's the bad boy of the bird world, and he's here to shake things up.
No need for delicate placement here – just pop Corten Carl into your garden and watch the magic unfold. Who needs a fancy pedestal when you've got a corten steel bird with an attitude problem?
Take Corten Carl home today and make him yours!

Let customers speak for us
Easy design process and keenly priced shipping cost. Superb NZ made sign, exactly what we wanted. We definitely recommend Rusty Dear.
I love it but don't want to show it on here as it is a memorial plaque
This was a perfect gift and has a prominent place in our home. Great workmanship and quality material.
Was the perfect 10 year anniversary gift to my partner 🩷 The size was just perfect for the spot it has hanging on our wall. Thank you 😊
We love our new business sign here at Affinity Trading Ltd, we received great service, quick replies, easy all round. We would highly recommend Rusty Deer Creations for any signs.
Our house number at the drive way entrance is our most recent addition to the collection of corten steel we have. It is enhanced by a solar light, which provides 24/7 distinction to our property.
Installed as the front to our letterbox, we absolutely love it! Highly recommend!
Love the sign-it was a birthday present for my husband and he is very happy with his gift😊
Ordered a one off project to mark the grave of a very much loved dog. It arrived within 2 weeks and was exactly what was asked for. Great job, great service and product arrived well protected and in excellent condition.
It’s got a great spot, and it has so many special reminders
Love the signs. Were exactly as drawn. They will be going on my fence and garage. Great service. Thanks
Rusty Deer created bespoke lettering for my rural property entranceway. It took a fair amount of back and forth from me to get the font and sizing right and the team was very accommodating. The result is outstanding and I get great feedback. The letters are steel, powder coated. Thanks Tim and team. Stephen
