Wings Over Whenua is a bold piece of garden art that represents protection, movement, and connection to the land beneath us.
Precision laser cut from 2.5mm Corten steel, this design blends flowing koru forms, layered landscapes, and a bird in flight — symbolising guardianship over whenua (the land) and everything rooted in it. Left outdoors, the steel naturally develops a rich, weathered patina that deepens over time, making every piece unique.
